I would just like to say, I had the nicest tech to do my exray at the lime bank location her name was Cheryl. She was over whelmed but took the time for all of us and was so happy and pleasant. I think it's important to give credit were credit is due.

Worst service EVER.
They never answer to the phone,
They are all mixed up with their appointments,
They are not organized.
Not a good team work.
One girl was extremely incompetent at the desk, etc

When I went to the clinic in Orleans I was a bit nervous about the Ultrasound procedure. My tech was wonderful with excellent bed side manner. She made me feel at ease, explained what she was doing and made me leave with my mind at ease and a smile.
